Hi I’m Joanna Stevens. I’ve been working for Charpentier Law Firm for 8 years. During my time with Mr. Charpentier, I have worked on a number of different injury cases. A primary focus is cases involving physical injury. During my time with Mr. Charpentier, I have worked with him on cases involved traumatic brain injury with permanent and long term consequences, tragic motor vehicle accidents involving death, accidents cause by the negligent of the drunk drivers, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, and medical malpractice or negligence. In addition to 8 years I have been serving Mr. Charpentier, I have 10 years background working as a casually claim supervisor for a national insurance company. I’m a license claim adjuster and have been license since 1993. I graduated from the University of Georgia in 1993 with a degree in finance. What I like working with Mr. Charpentier is his dedication to his clients. Mr. Charpentier is hands on. I think this is what his clients appreciate most as well. Our clients know that their call will be answer promptly. Their case will be treated with at most care. Clients tell me that an addition to Mr. Charpentier’s hands on approach cases that they appreciate the fact that they can reach Mr. Charpentier or the staff any time during a day. Our office is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have access to email, fax, and our business phone 24 hours a day. I think this gives us an edge over customer services. New Client to our firm always so surprise when they receive a response to the email over a weekend, or phone call. We know how important their cases to them and we know our respect to that by providing an immediate responses to their questions or concerns. What I also like most about working with Mr. Charpentier that he personally meets with his client numerous times throughout the case. He prefers an office’s conference as this give him an opportunity to meet face to face again with his client in which times, he educate them and inform them about issues such as law explicable to their case, the prospect, and the process of litigation, arbitration, mediation, and so forth. Many of our cases are settled through pre-suit negotiation. However, not all cases are able to be settle by this manner. Mr. Charpentier is a trial attorney. When one consider hiring attorney, I think that it’s important to know whether or not the attorney has the skills and resources necessary to take your case to trial. Mr. Charpentier has been in practice as a trail attorney since the early eighties. He is experience and from the moment he takes on the case, he treats as it’s going to trail which this means to you that your case is thoroughly contemplated. Research and organize in such a fashion that the opposing party know that you’re prepared for litigation. At Charpentier Law Firm, we have access to cutting edge technologies and leading resources. These resources enable us to further the mission of Charpentier Law Firm which is to help each client through the civil justice process, so that they achieve the successful result of their claim whether it would be by trial or settlement.
