Motorcyclist Killed in U.S. 1 Crash
Florida Today-November 19, 2012-According to the article a 73-year-old motorcyclist was killed after he lost control and crashed Saturday night on U.S. 1 near Port St. John, Brevard County, Florida. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at Parrish Medical center after the accident at about 11:00 p.m. according to Florida Highway Patrol. The rider was driving a 2011 Honda motorcycle north when he drove onto the shoulder and overturned at Sunset Avenue. The crash occurred just north of the former Reliant Energy power plant. The article goes onto say the rider was not wearing a helmet at the time of the wreck.
