Arai Helmets Rated No. 1 by J.D. Power Study for 12th Consecutive Year
According to J.D. Power and Associates 2010 U.S. Motorcycle Helmet Satisfaction Study Arai was ranked number one (highest) in customer satisfaction. This study measures overall satisfaction of motorcyclists with their new helmet considering three key factors:
1. Ventilation
2. Face Shield Operation
3. Design and Styling
These three factors are compromised of eleven attributes including quietness, ventilation/air flow, de fogging performance, face shield ability to keep wind out, scratching, ease of replacing face shield, and fit and comfort. Arai Helmets earned a score of 836 while Shoey followed in the rankings with a 827 and Icon ranked third with 826.
