Man Airlifted After Industrial Accident
Florida Today-November 14, 2012-According to the article a 40-year-old man was airlifted to Health First Holmes Regional Medical Center in Brevard County, Florida on Tuesday afternoon after he was injured in an industrial accident near the Brevard Zoo. The man was working a circular saw according to Brevard County Fire Rescue. Apparently the blade broken apart and a fragment struck the man. The article goes onto say that Brevard Zoo Deputy Director said the incident occurred outside the zoos perimeter fence in an area where county crews are building a park and parking lot. The man was the only one injured. No zoo staff or animals were involved or injured in the accident.
