Driver Faces No Charges in Incident
Florida Today-August 16, 2012-According to the article a cyclist was seriously injured when he was struck from behind by a car on Babcock Street near Cinnamon Lake Circle at about 2:15 a.m. Monday in Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida. The 22-year-old biker was traveling southbound on Babcock, with the rear red light of bicycle obscured by a trailer. The man was riding in the right lane of the road when he was hit by an 18-year-old mail who was returning home from work. The bicyclist was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident and he suffered serious severe injuries. The driver of the vehicle was not charged.

Bride Jumper Taken to Hospital
Florida Today-August 16, 2012-According to the article a 19-year-old man was transported to Parrish Medical Center in Brevard County, Florida with minor injuries after he jumped off A. Max Brewer Bridge in Titusville, Brevard County, Florida. The man had gotten out of the water by the time rescuers arrived. The article goes onto say he was one of two men who jumped from the center span of the b ridge which is about an 80-foot drop. The other man was uninjured.
