Florida Theme Parks Are Altering Dueling Coasters By SEO Admin on November 02, 2011

Claims Journal-October 21, 2011-According to the article officials announced this week there will no longer launch the Dragon Challenges twin roller coasters due to an investigation stemming from two recent incidents. Nearly a decade the ride has featured a "high-speed chase between two coaster." The coasters speed along intertwined tracks coming within 18 inches of each other going up to 60 mph. The article goes onto say that the part started launching the coasters on a staggered basis after two riders were struck by loose objects while on the ride. One case a 52-year-old man suffered a lacerated right eye in July, while riding the Dragon Challenge. According to his lawyer the mans eyeball was removed.
