Florida Today-May4, 2010-Rick Neale-Brevard County officials may (and in fact have) opted out of a class-action lawsuit seeking repayment for unpaid tourists taxes from Internet travel companies. Why would the County do this? Because the Countys attorneys (including Steve G.
