Insulin Syringe Recalled Because of Defective Needle By SEO Admin on February 22, 2010

According to January 21, 2010, press release issued by the US Food and Drug Administration, the Nipro Medical Corporation has voluntarily recalled all of its Gluco Pro Insulin Syringes because of a defect that may cause the needle to detached from the syringe, resulting in its being stuck in the insulin vial, pushed back into the syringe, or lodged in the plaintiffs skin.
