Brevard County Woman Found Not Guilty in Motor Vehicle Crash That Killed her Friend By SEO Admin on December 08, 2009

Florida Today-November 6, 2009-Keyonna Summers-According to this article a Brevard County jury recently found a Palm Bay woman not guilt of causing a 2007 roll over crash in which the woman was injured and her friend died. Apparently a Brevard County jury deliberated for about 1.5 hours before returning a not guilty verdict in the three day, DUI manslaughter trial. Apparently, jurors were unable to identify that the woman charged was in fact the driver of the vehicle at the time in question. Florida Highway Patrol reports said that the alleged driver had blood-alcoholic content of .126, higher than the legal limit of .08. However the accused defense attorneys put on witnesses stating that they were unable to see who was driving the vehicle at the time and were unable who was ejected from the vehicle.
