Car Crash in Titusville Kills Man in Wheel Chair

Florida Today-December 28, 2009-Rick Neal-According to this article a Titusville man with Cerebral Palsy was killed when struck by an allegedly drunken driver while the man was crossing Highway 50 in Titusville, Brevard County, Florida. The pedestrian died at the scene of the crash which took place about 2:15 a.m. The crash scene was the intersection was State Road 50 and Key Largo Drive. The driver of the car that struck the pedestrian, had apparently just left a Sports Edge Bar & Grill on US Highway 1. Reportedly the driver failed a sobriety test and submitted to a breath test which revealed his blood alcohol content was .10, (he’s above the legal limit).
