Bill Recently Filed in Florida Legislature

A bill has been filed that will attempt to reverse a current Supreme Court holding and force courts to compare the fault of cause of the initial crash would be the fault of the manufacturers for the second crash. Mr. Charpentier and along with other members of the Florida Justice Association, is currently working to defend against this measure and protect Florida’s drivers.
