Posted under: Criminal — Charpentier Steve @ 9:27 am

Florida Today-November 18, 2010-According to this article a Titusville man found guilty of raping his wife faced her in a courtroom as he questioned her about an affidavit allegedly sent by her that apparently contradicts her original testimony. Convicted man, Christopher Wood, was found guilty of sexual battery and kidnaping in 2007. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison. The prosecutors have maintained that the document is an attempted fraud on the court while supporters of the convicted man, Mr. Wood, believe it to be authentic. While on the stand Mr. Wood ex-wife did not recant her testimony. The ex-wife, who has since re married, apparently states that she did not type or sign the document in question.
